Excercise #3
The third exercise in our routine is The Reverse Posture a.k.s. "Viparitakarani Mudra." Let's get to work. Just like the second exercise, lay on your back and raise up your legs and back while holding your body up with your hands under your hips. Your legs should be in a vertical position and remember to point those toes! Relax in this position and close your eyes. Breathe slowly and deeply from the stomach. Again, hold this here for about two minutes. Why bother? This exercise really concentrates on stimulating the thyroid and sex glands which leads to more vitality.
